Peak Wellness is designed for those who want a simple approach to eating healthy, without tracking macros. Your goals are focused on your overall health, how to become more in tune with what your body craves, and how to stay properly fueled for any physical activity level.
Do you prefer working out by yourself, but struggle to know what to do at the gym or having motivation to stick to a program. I offer crossfit programming and gym programming to fit your goals and needs!
As an ACE Certified Personal Trainer I offer 1 on 1 coaching in person. I currently work out of CrossfitBC and Crossfit West Vancouver but I can also travel and come to you!
Diet and exercise need to be balanced in order to achieve successful weight loss. You can exercise as much as you'd like but if you are not eating healthy, you will not receive the full benefit of weight loss, and vice versa. We can educate you on ways to incorporate healthy eating and exercise into your lifestyle and create an individualized plan to achieve your goals.
As an NCI Level 1 certified Coach, Chloe works with competitive and recreational athletes of all levels and ages to ensure that they are eating for peak health and performance in life and sport. With a degree in Food Science and ample work experience in both food science and nutrition fields Chloe work with you to ensure your reaching your goals.
