I grew up in an incredibly active family. As soon as I was old enough to ride a bike I would bike alongside my father on his nightly run. I had competed in multiple kids triathlons before the age of 10 and was encouraged to play a lot of different sports and activities.
I developed a passion around nutrition around the age of 17 and knew I wanted to go to university to study food science. I had the dream to create nutritious healthy alternatives of sports supplements. It wasn't until I moved to Canada that I discovered macro counting and flexible eating. After a few weeks on my macro counting journey I could already feel how much better I was performing, feeling and sleeping. Chloe also competed in two CrossFit Games Semi Finals (2022&2023) where she learnt how big of a part nutrition plays, not just for recovery but for sleep, and energy as well.
Peak nutrition is my opportunity to help educate others what I have learnt and the importance to feed your body adequately. I want to liberate people from food.
