I thought the key to losing weight was to eat less and train more.
For years and years I struggled to lose weight even though I wasn’t eating a lot and training hard. My energy levels were low and I constantly felt tired and sluggish, but still I would keep pushing through.
I was negative about how I looked and felt which impacted my day to day life significantly. Binge eating was a major problem also. I'd eat as if there was no tomorrow and keep eating even when I was full.
I’d train some days and if I was in a bad headspace I believe I deserved to ‘treat myself’ except the ‘treat’ turned into an evening of eating an excessive amount of junk food.
I teamed up with Peak Nutrition because enough was enough. Chloe helped guide me through program and was with me every step of the way.
She explained the concept of macro counting and if I ever had any questions or queries she was right there to answer them.
I was shocked at how much I was eating (over double what I normally was eating) but I was losing weight quite significantly. Being able to track my macros made me realise and think about what I was putting in my body.
My energy levels were at an all time high and I controlled my trainings making sure I incorporated rest days and enough sleep.
I couldn’t recommend Peak Nutrition enough, it really has changed my all over physical and mental well-being.
Not sure where to start with this, first of all I can’t thank Chloe and Peak Nutrition enough.
I lost around 15lbs and went from eating around 2400cals/day to over 3300.
I started my journey knowing I had packed on a few extra pounds after moving to Canada. But didn’t really ever take my Nutrition serious. I did a local competition and from that point I realised I needed to up my game if I wanted to perform better.
I got in contact with Chloe and she immediately helped. From the get go I felt like she knew what she was doing. From the weekly check-ins, to the detailed research she had done when I came back to her with problems I was having for example with my sleep. She was very thorough with everything. When my numbers changed she would check up to make sure I was handling them properly and not struggling and if I was there was always tips and tricks that helped me to hit my macros day in day out. At no point did I ever feel as though I was alone.
For me the part I like the most is your not “Dieting” you just have to hit your macro numbers and if I feel like I want a piece of chocolate or I wanted a beer with a friend you can make it work.
I can honestly say this is the healthiest and fittest I have ever been.
